IONIA, Ephesus. Severus Alexander. As Caesar, AD 222. Æ (23mm, 4.99 g, 6h). Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Tyche standing facing, head left, wearing kalathos, holding rudder and cornucopia. Karwiese, MvE 5 729; RPC VI Online 4933.7 (this coin); SNG München 189. Green patina with patches of reddish brown, some roughness, light smoothing. VF. Rare for Severus Alexander as Caesar.
